Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Can I pick my seat?

    Seats will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Please review the seating chart.

  2. When will I get my ticket?

    Tickets will be mailed in early November.

  3. Can I get a ticket at the door?

    Please check the website for more information about ticket availability closer to the date of the performance.

  4. What time should I arrive at the theater?

    We suggest you arrive at least a half hour before the performance starts.

  5. I lost or didn't receive my ticket can I still get in? How do you know I bought a ticket?

    We will have Wesleyan staff at Will Call with all purchase ticket information. If you do not have your ticket(s) on the day of the performance, please look for the Wesleyan table at the theatre to pick up a copy for admittance to the show.

  6. Is the theater handicap accessible?

    The theater is partially handicap accessible; please see the official site FAQ for more information.

  7. Is there parking available near the theater?
